Beautiful Mediterranean-style townhome steps from golf course and South Mountain hiking trails. Friendly neighborhood, close to PHX, spring training, everything! Private courtyard and garage, access to 4 pools. Dog-friendly! Accessible entry. Minimum 6-month rental. The first floor has a light and bright 2-story living room, modern kitchen with granite countertops, small office/bedroom, accessible shower, and bathroom. Private courtyard with tropical palm tree, bougainvillea, and plenty of seating. Stay cool inside with fantastic air conditioner throughout. The second floor has a master bedroom with balcony and private master bath. Second bedroom looks out to palm tree and has a bathroom directly across the hall. There is also a small loft with a desk. You are going to love it here! Bikes and recreation gear provided. It is a 6-month rental.
