Buddy and I stayed at the casita and it was very nice, close to the event (without being too close) in a really nice neighborhood. Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Even had shampoo/conditioner and body wash with plenty of towels. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Pool was right behind main house. And the kitchen you have to cut through one of the rooms . But comfortable
We were trying to get a VRBO near old town Scottsdale and ended up 4 miles from Fountain Hills. We did a lot of driving. If you are looking to stay near Fountain Hills, AZ this could work for you.
This casita was the perfect property for us when we visited Scottsdale again- great location for our purposes, easy access, quiet, nice little kitchen, two bedrooms, very friendly hosts. Glad we went back.
We had a great time in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area! The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe - great access to so many areas within an easy 20-30 minute drive! Our host was so accommodating and helpful!! Any issues we had were resolved quickly and professionally. Our host even helped jump our car when our rental wouldn’t start one morning. I would definitely stay in this spot again!
Overalll, a good place to stay near the Mayo Clinic. The casita is in need of a deep cleaning inside and out. The outdoor furniture and area are worn out and messy. The hot water pressure in the bathroom sinks are bad. With a little love this could be a 10.

Great neighborhood and pleasant accommodations
Overall, it worked.
Great beds.
I rated the “cleanliness” low because of the outdoor area / “deck”. Pretty messy and dirty. Not conducive to spending any time out there. Grill and outdoor furniture were filthy. Hoses and other junk laying around.

Short Vacation
Surprisingly in looking at other reviews we would rate/agree with their comments. Pictures on website are very deceiving the back yard is not maintained very. Pool was dirt and a hose floating in it you have to go through bedroom to get to kitchen one bedroom doesnt have a tv. Very disappointing not being able to use pool when you pay big dollar and pool is part of the selling part wouldnt book again. notlmaintained at all
This was perfect for my visit to Mayo Climic. Overall, everything was great. A few minor issues. We could have used more towels. Internet was spotty but they fixed it right away. Refrigerator veggie door was broken and there were no ice trays or ice maker. The blinds to the patio were broken so they had to be completely open or shut. Hot Water pressure in the bathroom sinks was really bad (but the shower was great). Living room was very dark and uncomfortable and the whole reason we got a vrbo rather than a hotel room was to have some “hangout” space.
This sounds very negative but it was a very nice place that just needs a little sprucing up.
We've stayed here twice, the location is very convenient to family when we are visiting the area and the space is very clean and tidy and well-equipped.
The first time was a long stay of over a week and my neck and back were really hurting me by the end of our visit. I had thought that I'd simply slept weird, but this time, on our second stay, the same aches happened and I am confident the problem is the beds. The mattresses are an inexpensive foam, but the real problem is the support structure underneath is insufficient and uneven, leading to painful aches and kinks in your neck and back. Additionally, the king bed makes all kinds of strange loud noises when you shift your weight, waking your partner, and possibly your children in the middle of the night. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned it in their reviews.
Unfortunately, despite the convenience, I would not stay here again until the beds are replaced. Please, please upgrade your beds. If they were higher quality my review would be 5 stars.
Very nice property. Stayed with a friend while working. Updated kitchen area, very nice bathroom. One large bedroom with a king and on smaller bedroom with a queen. Great location. Would definitely stay at again.
This property worked out perfectly for us to have a place to cook breakfast as we launched off for day trips and visiting our son in Phoenix. The bed was a bit crinkly, but we enjoyed king-size and room for luggage and other needs. We had plenty of linens and there were even a few food supplies in the kitchen. The outside was comfortable and pretty and the neighborhood nice for an evening walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The Casita was very clean and inside had everything you needed with a private entrance. A perfect little place. The only downside was they were working on the grounds so not as complete as the picture and someone was out every day so I did not feel comfortable sittiing out on patio in the. morning. It was still very pretty and birds chirpping. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated and I was free to use but there were no lounge chairs or seating at all so ended up not using the pool.
