Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The unit is equipped with a Schlage Encode smart lock for keyless self-check-in — your personal access code will be provided before arrival.

You’ll also have access to several shared community amenities, including:

Free covered parking is available throughout the complex. Other covered or reserved spaces should not be used, as they are assigned to long-term residents and may result in towing.


We respect your privacy but are always available if you need us. Communication is handled directly through the booking platform, and we typically respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

• This unit is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs. There is not an elevator to the unit.

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fee will apply if any evidence is found.

• No pets or parties are allowed.

• Basic toiletries are provided, but face towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not included.

• Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash to the on-site dumpsters.

• Please do not contact the leasing office, as they are not affiliated with short-term rentals. All communication should be directed to the host.

• Shared amenities, including the pool, and other shared facilities, are managed by the property management—not the host. Availability, hours, maintenance, and access may change without notice.

• A key and amenity card are provided and must be returned at checkout. A $51 fee will be charged if lost.
