As soon as we walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes. There were light bulbs missing. No soap for dishes. Dirty silverware. TVs were not working. Had to move to a second room and the main tv didn’t work in there either. Waited a whole day for someone to get the tv working and bring a remote control. Then to top it off my code to get in the room and building stoped working. Management was quick to respond via text so I do appreciate the help we did receive. I would never stay at this place again. The price was ridiculous for what we received. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

Although I stayed in an unrenovated apartment, it was sub-par. There was hair on the towels and the bed. The counter was not wiped down, and there was no garbage bins to put the garbage in. The room was inexpensive so I truly got what I paid for. I saw two roaches the last day that was in the room.

The property communication is great Prompt response to me is always given I seldom have any issues and when I do my issues resolved , I may have to plead my case but that’s okay .. greasy wheels get the oil !! .Alan at front desk is outstanding !!!
