Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The unit is equipped with a Schlage Encode smart lock for keyless self-check-in — your personal access code will be provided before arrival.

One free assigned covered parking space is included with your stay. Please use only the designated covered parking space provided with the unit. Other covered parking spaces are reserved for residents and are not available for guest use.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 25–30 minutes away, depending on traffic. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other everyday essentials are all just a short drive away.

• This unit is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs. There is not an elevator to the unit.

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fee will apply if any evidence is found.

• No pets or parties are allowed.

• Basic toiletries are provided, but face towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are not included.

• Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash to the on-site dumpsters.

• Please do not contact the leasing office, as they are not affiliated with short-term rentals. All communication should be directed to the host.

• Shared amenities, including the pool, and other shared facilities, are managed by the property management—not the host. Availability, hours, maintenance, and access may change without notice.

• A key and amenity card are provided and must be returned at checkout. A $51 fee will be charged if lost.
