I first was put in a room that somebody had just gotten out of… the door was open and the room smelled of smoke.. the towels had hair on it and the phone didn’t work…so I asked for another room…the next room was ok but as a housekeeper myself they need to do better with the cleaning and presentation…also the security guard was very rude I had two reservations because I showed up early the night before my 3 nights booked reservation…the next day a housekeeper came to my room I told her I’m staying and she said you need to call front desk…so I did and front desk said just come with my I’d and key and I’m good I did that and came back to my room…a little later a loud bang was on my door it was the security guard he said get out of this room now I said why he said you need to leave and then said if I don’t open my door he was gonna come in…I didn’t open it and told him everything is taken care of and my room is payed for and to confirm with front desk he refused to listen and tried to bust open my door..thank goodness I had the latch on…he then told me to open the door or he is going to call the police and he did call the police so I called front desk and they said something to him over a radio and he left he didn’t even apologize….very poor service at this motel I will never go back

Man oh man… I need a vacation after staying here
The customer service was great. The room on the other hand, probably the worst I have ever stayed in. It was dirty!! Looked like someone pooped on the wall. Hair and dust all over the floor. Mattresses we’re filthy. I only looked to make sure there were no bugs, thankfully I didn’t see any. You can feel every single spring in the mattress and hear everything, I mean everything from your neighbors. If you like to sleep, don’t stay here.

Had to get a refund of the room as there was dirt and stains all over the floor, burn holes in the bedding, and more. Other residents shared they had cockroaches in their room as well. This was absolutely not the type of room we should have had for the price.

Checked in on 3/1/2023, unable to sleep all night from noise in room above us. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. Tried to call the front desk at 3:30 am, phone in room did not work had to use cell phone. FD said they could not move since property full . Noises continued. Went to front desk at 6:30am and complained. Turns out other guests fighting, police at the FD. Asked for a refund since we did not sleep. Was told we would see the refund is 5-7 days. After 5-7 days and no refund called and was told there were notes on the computer and it would be elevated to a manager and would have a refund in 5-7 days. Again no refund, called again and asked for a manager, person id’d as CeCe said she was a manager said there were no notes and then hung up. Calls being made to Expedia and Motel 6 corporate. Terrible customer service

Room was dirty and smelled, beds were horrible, property was filthy!! I never thought I would spend over $500 for a 3 night stay at a motel 6!!, but when the world baseball classic is in town and at the same time spring training is going on and Nascar is in town all in one weekend this is the kind of place I get stuck with based on availability around the whole city!!

I tried to find a hotel in Phoenix that did not have terrible reviews in hopes to avoid anything to sketchy. I ended with a motel that would be in the top 2 worst US motels stays I've ever had. I waited to check in behind someone dealing with a missing toilet seat. As a I left with my card key, a customer complained that their room smelled like smoke. We got to our room and it also smelled of cigarette smoke. There were ash burns on the floor, the nightstand, and the tub. There was carved graffiti on the nightstand. The AC unit was missing its buttons, and turns out our toilet seat was broken as well. Fell right off. The motel was full so they couldn't give us a new room, but offered us a discount. It was late so we had to accept. At 5am I woke up to a woman screaming, swearing, and pounding on the door next door from the outside. It went on for awhile. I called the front desk to report and the woman just hung up. She did end up sending security - and this they get credit for - they kicked the people out of the room and hotel. We checked out at 730am and the lobby was closed. Exhausting.

Save your money.
The Service was good, The lady Mary up in front was nice and helped us resolve issue quick. The room was really bad, as soon as you walk in we notice how bad it was, It was a dump we were afraid to even lay down or anything. When I tried to shower no hot water came out and the water in the tub wouldn't drain so we decide to go talk to the front desk and ask for another room, they said they were sold out so she gave us a refund. We just didn't think paying $247 for this room was worth it with how bad the room was and no hot water.

Worst mistake of my life for lodging
Terrible condition overall. The beds were showing their age. Bathroom was a mess, shower failed to hold any pressure and the door locks looked flimsy, well used and needing of replacement. The walls were super thin, could hear the entire conversations our neighbors were having. Staff didn’t answer any of the phone calls for assistance in unit condition. This was the absolute worst motel I have ever had the misfortune of staying. Obviously, there is no love for this establishment from the owners. Avoid at all cost. You’re better off staying in your car at the gas station down the street.
