*POOL HEAT: Additional $75 per day to heat the pool if requested or otherwise quoted. This must be requested and paid for at the time of booking . The heat will be active for the length of your stay. We suggest for a comfortable swim temperature to choose the pool heat option for travel dates in Oct-May 31st. This pool has a natural gas heating system so it can perform under any weather conditions when most pool heaters fail.

SPA: Will be active no matter what, at no charge.

WIFI: 5G high speed internet with a Mesh router for whole home coverage. We get many business travelers so we know how important strong internet is.

FIRE PIT & INDOOR FIREPLACE: Natural gas activated so it can be quickly turned on & off.

FOODIES: Natural gas built in BBQ grille & stocked spices.

CLEANING: We have mandated an extensive sanitation & cleaning process due to Covid-19 on top of our current high cleaning standards.

Travelers will have full access to the property except the 3rd garage, the 2 car garage is accessible to park your vehicle’s & fits quite large SUV's & trucks.
