KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator w/ ice dispenser, gas stove, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker & coffee essentials, hot water kettle, cooking basics, island, peninsula w/ bar stools, breakfast nook w/ table. Baking sheets, dishes, tupperware, everything you need to host your group!

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens & towels, laundry machines, air conditioning, ceiling fans, closets, area rugs, essentials, pool heat/chilling fee $50/day upon request.

***Guests are required to keep pool rings on pool after each use. Please DO NOT remove vacuum from pool as this will result in pool malfunction and guests will be charged for any damage. If the hose is in your way, you can pull the hose out of the pool, but the vacuum MUST stay submerged under water.***

PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles)

Guests have complete access to the house with the exception of the garage and 2 locked closets for owner storage.

Nearly perfect

Beautiful house and nice neighborhood just as advertised. We had a great time and will stay again if possible. Only minor issue was the pool which took a little effort to keep the pump running and heater heating. It was not a huge deal. Still giving 5 stars.

Fabulous!

This place was fantastic! Our hosts were outstanding. The home is very clean, the pool was awesome for our Grandsons, and our hosts went way beyond normal to make our stay perfect. We can not wait to return. Big, beautiful, well equipped. I can't say enough about the perfection of this home. We all want to come back...soon!
