I've been coming out to the Scottsdale area several times over this past year...and this was my first time staying here & I have to say this is the best place I've stayed at! Colleen & Bryan are wonderful hosts! The Casita is well laid out, decorated quite tastefully & it is very clean! The neighborhood is really nice, plus you have a private pool & hot-tub! When I return to Scottsdale...this will be my first choice of places to stay!

We are looking forward to staying here again! Had many family things going on so we did not get to use the great pool, hot tub, fire pit or barbecue. Next time! The outdoor area has wonderful flowers, trees, cactus, birds etc., very inviting.

Our stay at this property was excellent. It’s a very cozy and comfortable casita set back in a quiet and upscale Scottsdale neighborhood. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Bryan and Colleen were great hosts and had everything all ready for our arrival. We were there for some family business, so this was not a vacation for us. However, this piece of paradise was exactly that for us. After several long and stressful days, it was a joy to come back to unwind and relax at this property. Can’t praise it enough. You can book this property without hesitation. We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

Our third stay with Bryan and Colleen. They are warm and inviting hosts. We enjoy their hospitality and beautiful accommodations. Our furry children are endlessly spoiled by Bryan. So many amazing restaurants nearby. Everything you need for your getaway. Bryan and Colleen are so accommodating to make your stay relaxing and renewing. We highly recommend this property and the dog- loving hosts.

Everything was so clean and the hosts prepared the adobe cottage with everything needed. I recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet hideaway yet convenient for most activities in Phoenix. The owners welcomed me and showed me about accessing their pool and hot tub, and to use it at any time. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. I will certainly return on my next trip to Phoenix.

We stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful casita. The accommodations were ideal for my wife and me. The casita was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owners, Bryan and Colleen, added well-appreciated extras such as toiletries and bottled water. The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf. We did not use the pool or hot tub during this stay, but both are located in the well manicured and private rear yard. We would highly recommend this casita and look forward to a return visit.

Bryan and Colleen were the best hosts. The casita was perfect for us and our puppies. We had all the comforts of home. Perfectly clean and super comfortable. We didn’t get to use the pool or spa as we were there for testing at Mayo Clinic which kept us pretty busy. The location was perfect for getting back and forth to both Mayo locations. Thank you Bryan and Colleen for a perfect stay.

This is such a cute little guest house. The owners live in the home right next to it. We had their backyard to ourselves, which includes a swimming pool and hot tub. Unfortunately Scottsdale is so hot that the pool was overly warm. But my niece and I still did some swimming. Safeway and Starbucks are 5 minutes away! Overall, a nice place for two people.

We stayed eight nights. They accommodated us an extra night that we didn't plan on. Bryan and Colleen were so nice and the perfect hosts. Our dog Toby Tyler loved it there so much he made a second home at their residence. He loved their dog Bella. It was so nice having a secure yard where Toby could run off steam after being cooped up in a car and hotels for a week. The Casita was just lovely and brought the Arizona lifestyle into the house. We have stayed at other VRBOs but this by far was the best! We will stay again the next time we are in Phoenix!

We were so grateful to be able to stay in Colleen and Bryan's casita during our renovations to our home in Scottsdale. The home is beautifully appointed and met all our needs for our 3 day stay. They were kindly accommodating for our Chocolate Labrador Retriever 5 month old pup. The home is so comfortable and the host and hostess are so warm and welcoming and loved playing with our Pup Pup! You will not be disappointing with booking with this wonderful couple. Location is private and great for walk/runs in the neighborhood, close to great resturants and activities in lovely Scottsdale! We spent 2 months at the Casita and it was amazing. It is a nice, very clean, cozy, and felt like home. There was everything you could need and more. Colleen and Bryan were the best hosts and cared so much for our dogs. They truly loved them. I can’t say enough good about the Casita. Sitting outside on the porch each morning enjoying coffee was heaven. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again. Already missing Colleen, Bryan, Fawn and Bruce. They are the best. Hugs.

Stayed at Colleen and Bryan's casita just like home away from home. Unlike stayed at hotels, resorts, no more doors slamming , stomping along the hallways. Only noises you hear are wildlife outside of the casita. There are many outdoors activities near the casita, my favorite is trial running at McDowells Sonoran Preserve and Pinnacle peak. Cave Creek is only 30 minutes away, my favorite running trail is " Go John " 6 miles loop. Running, walking and cycling near casita, no traffic zipping by, except rattlesnakes " just kidding " There are many restaurants, coffee shops,and speciality shops near by. Or doing nothing, just sit outside under the veranda to bird watching. Stayed at Colleen and Bryan's casita just like with family. Thank you for an peaceful stay, definitely will be back !
