This charming apartment is right in the heart of Downtown Chandler. This is a perfect place for a mid-term stay for a travelling professional or a short-term stay for two wanting to experience the life of downtown Chandler. There is so much going on downtown, including live music at the Perch, arcade games at the Uncommon, casual dining at the Brickyard, and fine dining at Elliott's Steakhouse. Let's not forget the famous SanTan Brewery, Murphy's Law Irish Pub, and many other pubs. Jake's Icecream Shop is a must for the sweet tooth. These are only a few of the highlights within walking distance.

There are 2 movie theatres nearby. You can walk to LOOK Dine-in Cinemas, or drive a few minutes down the road to Chandler Fashion Center's Harkin's Theatres. While you are at Chandler Fashion Center, you have to experience Sheel's. Finish the night off with a teppanyaki show at Benihana.

For the golf lovers, the San Marcos Golf Course is just a few blocks away. This is one of the most popular golf courses in the Valley.
