Good location and room was a nice size but I didn’t like the virtual desk - would prefer to talk to a live person when I check in and have someone on-site 24/7 to answer questions - also I had a lot of trouble getting my credit card to scan to the proper resolution for the online check-in - their system seems to be set up to save the hotel money but was more time and effort for me

The hotel is pretty and the pool is great. The rooms were clean but the water in our shower smelled like sewage, or burnt hair. Whenever we would take a shower it would stink up the whole room and smelled so bad. The bath products provided also smelled really rotten. Not sure what’s going on with their water pipes. We loved everything else but we probably wouldn’t stay here again if the water stinks like that.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. The pool and surrounding area was pristine. Really great experience, enjoyed our stay a lot. A bonus, the designated motorcycle parking spots! It is always nice to see a great motorcycle friendly motel, with convenient parking in proximity to room locations.

This tan adorable boutique motel that has been beautifully restored. The rooms open to an amazing courtyard with beautiful trees, grass, a cute pool and fire pit. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the linens are high quality. That being said, there are a few strange things. The check in process is totally virtual. We received an email and text after we made the reservation asking for a selfie, pic of driver's license, and credit card #. When this was completed the property manager contacted me via text with a code to the property and the room. The communication was thorough and clear. The room did smell a little musty, but not so much that we didn't even notice after a few minutes. If you are considering, just book the room, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at the Papago Motor Hotel after coming in from a late flight. It was the most affordable option during the Final Four basketball games and we were not disappointed. The area was safe, quiet, and beautiful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The property itself is gorgeous! Great pool and setting outside for company. Would recommend for families or individuals.

I liked cleanliness, attention to small details. I didn’t like the response from staff answering the phone. They messaged several times to let us know that we can get in earlier if room is ready. Room was ready by 3:00 pm but she kept on saying:”not ready “. That was not true. We were sitting by the door.

Old school feeling in a cool retro way, Need to change the restaurant to a broader customer friendly food. Currently a sushi place. ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) Needs to serve burgers and more american style casual food.

I booked this last minute as I was in town because my fiancée is in the ICU. My options were limited because it’s spring break but I’m so glad I ended up booking at the Papago. The self check in was super easy and convenient which made an already stressful trip easier. I had no problem finding parking each night. The room was clean and newly updated. New floors and paint. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice with nice defogging mirrors. It also had really nice shampoo conditioner and body wash available. There was a small refrigerator, hair dryer, coffee maker with a few coffee flavors to choose from. I was really impressed and would have ended paying more money for a less quality stay if I would have stayed at your typical chain hotel.

From the time we booked until our stay the property changed hands. They required us to upload photos of id and credit cards in order to register. They do not have any reception staff present. They charge $35 to have the room cleaned each time! No pool towels. But the pool was lovely.

This property was pretty average: it had some good things and some not so good things. My room smelled great and the bed was clean and comfy. However, there looked like what appeared to be blood on the curtains and the shower had drain flies on the walls. I didn’t like that you got codes instead of key cards because I had to pull out my phone every time that I needed access. The walls were VERY thin and I could hear everyone next to and above me. Also, it’s mostly a self check in process and the lady assisting had what seemed like little patience. If you need something just for the night, it’s perfectly adequate and has a great pool area.

Other guys with me on this Spring Training trip had better more spacious rooms, ( i should have asked for a different room),Grounds were well maintained and they are making it even better, while we were staying there. We stayed at this property when it was transitioning from previous ownership to the current owner. As a result, there was confusion in the registration process, and there was construction noise and disruption, all of which should be resolved in a few weeks. We would’ve appreciated having live reception personnel to deal with rather than a robot! Also, we objected to the $35 per day Charge to clean our room. But otherwise it’s a good value and a great location. We wish the new owners the best.

The only good thing I can say about it was that the room was clean. Amenities... non existent. The room didn't have a bar of soap for the lavatory. Unbelievable.. even Motel 6 has soap. You had to use the liquid soap from the shower. You pay over $200/night and they can't afford to put a 10 cents bar of soap in the room?

Never met a staff member. Bathroom had no bar soap near the sink. Coffee machine had no coffee. No instruction how to use the heat/air conditioning. We will not be back and cannot recommend staying here.
