Hello and Welcome to PERSHING PARADISE, whether you're in town for business or pleasure this home will suit your needs, with this newly remodeled home, great for BBQ's by the pool with diving board, or sitting by the firepit, or cozy up in front of the 85" SAMSUNG TV WITH SURROUND SOUND. You'll feel so at home you won't want to leave. But if you do go out, Bars and Restaurants, high end shops are just minutes away.
The space
The newly remodeled home features ALL NEW SAMSUNG STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES! Sliding door access from both the Dining Area and Large Master Bedroom. A kitchen nook with various herbal teas, coffee, and hot cocoa. Kitchen areas labelled for quick and easy accessibility. Stocked cold water in the drink fridge.

Guests may access all but the storage room in the garage other than that "Mi Casa es Su Casa".
