Beautiful house/pool area and great location!

The location of the home was great to get to downtown Gilbert and surrounding activities like TopGolf and horseback riding! The hot tub and pool are amazing and we spent a lot of time just relaxing at home. Everything was comfy and clean and we would stay again!

Great Golf Stay

We had a great time at this home. We especially liked the pool and hot tub. We paid to heat the pool (stayed in Feb) and it was the best part of the home. We wished there was a shower in the second bedroom since it had a large tub, but we made do. Overall, it was a great place for a fun guy's trip!

Winter Getaway

Our families enjoyed an 80 degree temperature change and fun in the sun. Location is fantastic for entertainment in both downtown Chandler and downtown Gilbert! The pool and hot tub were excellent. Wished there were lounge chairs and a little more room around the pool.

Great family home!

The home was very clean, and host was very responsive to our requests (high chair, pack&play, floaties). We took the kids for spring break and the pool was definitely a hit, and the hottub was nice for evenings for the adults! We chose to have the pool heated since weather was a little cool and it was very warm and inviting! Highly recommend.

Perfect Place

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was comfortable and in a nice location. We were able to hang out with our family and catch up with familly members. BBQ, Pool and hot tub were great.The outside are was perfect for a swim and bbq. Everything we needed was at our fighertips. Only thing is I wish there was a "book" with instructions for the home. It would have been helpful to be able to just look at instructions for operating some of the appliances.

Perfect family hangout!

I brought my older parents with my toddler / young children to visit family who live in Gilbert. It was an amazing home. Super clean. The hot tub was so nice since the pool was too cold to swim in. Everything about the house was so nice. I also texted Gina and Ryan about a toilet issue and they were so kind and responsive! It was so nice to rent from a family rather than a property management company! Working with kind, nice people makes vacation even better. I truly hope we can stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and close to Gilbert

Gina and Ryan are easy to communicate with. Their home is large and exactly as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the close proximity to old town Gilbert restaurants, Farmer's Market, and Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, and easy access to Routes 60 and 110. There are multiple large screen HDTVs, a modern washer and dryer, and good quality bath towels and linens. Please note that even though the home can accommodate four to eight guests, and there are two bathrooms, there is only one shower, in the primary bedroom ensuite. Plan accordingly.

We had such a great stay at Gina and Ryan’s pool home! It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and warm(we chose to heat it for the week) and the hot tub was so enjoyable too!
