Private Heated Pool & Spa - Putting Green - Huge Back Yard - Great Location

  • This single-level 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has received over $30,000 in renovations over the past three years. The home sits on a very private 1/3 acre cul-de-sac lot, in a safe and established neighborhood. The great room and large master bedroom open to the huge back yard that includes a 30 ft covered deck, heated salt-water swimming pool with water fall and spa (hot tub)..... Heat for the spa is included with the rental rate..... The pool heating fee is additional. (Please ask for details as the fee varies during the year.)

    * A 600 sf 3-hole putting green (synthetic grass) was recently installed. It can also be used as a play area for the kids or pets.

    The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the other two each provide a queen-size bed. Enjoy 3 HD TVs and WIFI. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided, including all kitchen utensils, paper goods and linens. Plenty of parking is available in the garage, drive-way and street.

    The rate includes all utilities, pool service, DirecTV, WIFI and landscaping.

    The home is conveniently located near the Valley's major freeways (I-10, Loop 202, and Loop 101), to easily and quickly get you around town. It's only a mile from one of the Valley's top shopping malls, with numerous restaurants, movie theater, and a Costco. Two casinos, several golf courses, an outlet mall and other dining and entertainment options are only minutes away. And, it's an easy and short drive to Tempe, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

I honestly couldn't wait to leave this review. Steve is the best host, the house is absolutely perfect, the pool/spa is top notch and the 3 hole golfing green kept us all busy. This was our first family trip and we couldn't have asked for more. The house location is perfect and a simple drive to anything that interests you. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We will without a doubt stay here again if we travel back to this area!

Very comfortable and clean house with all of the accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a basic meal. The backyard and pool area is beautiful. Despite the very hot weather, the pool was cool enough to make the hot weather bearable. The trees and covered patio provide just enough shade. I also really enjoyed the putting green. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Everything needed for a great stay!

This property was perfect for us as we were in town for the NASCAR championship race. Close to several restaurants and shopping and grocery stores. The owner Steve was Johnny on the spot with any communication and anything we needed. Wonderful outdoor area and plenty of space inside. This is definitely a property I will stay at again when in the Phoenix area. It is well stocked and full of extra things as well.

Great Home With Amazing Host

I’ve stayed in several home rentals and the owner of this house has to be one of the best out there! We had a slight issue with a plug in the hot tub and he came over and we got it taken care of asap. The neighbors are amazing. The house is beautiful! We loved our stay and would love to come back some day.

The backyard was amazing! My husband and two sons loved putting on the golf green and the pool was so relaxing. The property was just like the pictures. No surprises. Property was located close to many great stores and restaurants. We would go back again!
