    Julie's Rose Cottage is a wonderful 3-bedroom house that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This lovely home was completely renovated over the last several years and features three king beds and two twin mattresses that can be placed in each living room, perfect for extra guests or relaxing downtime. With two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, guests enjoy comfort and convenience throughout their stay. The pleasant atmosphere, patio, and landscaped grounds with organic vegetable gardens and fruit trees invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended visit, this adorable house offers a welcoming space to call your own. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This was such a perfect stay for me and a couple of my colleagues who were in town for a work event but needed space that wasn't a hotel. Beautiful gardens, comfortable beds (including the twin mattresses for the living room sleeper!), great amenities, and close to lots of great eats and activities. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Phoenix!

This was a wonderful, newly remodeled house in a great, safe neighborhood with lots of shade. Close grocery store and all you need in the kitchen with lots of towels and bedding, etc. We loved it!

Check in/out process easy. Good communication & directions. Great location in a nice neighborhood. The house is well appointed & homey. Nice space with two living areas. Kitchen & baths had everything we needed. Tea & spices were provided. Comforts of home for sure. The enclosed backyard has a beautiful garden, shade trees, and patio area with tables & chairs. A very nice environment & our family enjoyed our stay.

Only problem we had was day of arrival we couldn’t get the automatic lock to work. I messaged the manager Phyllis and she came immediately but also could not get it to work. She went above and beyond spending over an hour trying to help us find another option. It was fixed the next morning and again Phyllis could not have been more helpful and accommodating.
