    Our beautiful one bedroom one bathroom condo overlooks one of the five pools and spas in the Anasazi gated condominium complex. It truly is the perfect location! Just a two minute walk to shops and restaurants including the revamped Paradise Valley Mall, Target and Costco, a five minute drive to Keirland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter and a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale to experience restaurants, shops, art galleries and festivals.

    Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening drink on your oversized private patio. The complex is also adjacent to Stonecreek golf course and includes five pools and spas (four of the pools are heated) and a brand new huge workout facility inside the main clubhouse. Convenient, quiet, exterior location with peaceful view. This beautiful condo is located in one of THE most desirable complexes in the Paradise Valley area. Close to all the amenities that Anasazi Village has to offer. Covered parking space. Guest parking very close by.

    All utilities, cable TV and high speed wireless high speed internet are included to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Impeccably clean, nicely equipped and furnished, no detail forgotten. Unit has Brand new Stearns and Foster king mattress in bedroom, couch with queen pull out bed if needed, dining table with seating for four, full sized washer and dryer and 60" smart TV in living room and 42" smart TV in bedroom.
