2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per each hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

4. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you`re booking within your city.

5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed.. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.

6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

7. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.

10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.

11. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.

The oven didn't work. The sheets smelled like mildew. And then the vent in yhe hallway was hanging from the ceiling, and then later that night, it had a strong smell, not sure if it was gas or what. My family came from several states and we couldn't use the oven to cook for Thanksgiving. My mom just passed days before Thanksgiving and then we get to this condo and have a.these issues. Not a great experience at all. This is Thanksgiving week they should have made sure all appliances worked. When we reached out to them they said thank You for the feedback And we will do our best to address this for future guests. I couldn't believe they sent that message to me. Nothing about we will Reimburse you or give you a partial refund Nothing. Totally unacceptable do not rent this place.
