The staff was excellent 10/10 experience for our anniversary they accommodated for a later check in for us (7:30pm) and even got us everything we needed no problem the pool was perfect for the Arizona weather. we will be back for sure!

We had a great stay! Enjoyed the pool, staff are friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location and it’s quiet. I would recommend and would stay again! The only thing I noticed is for the 4nights we stayed, room service never came to clean. Other than that no complaints.

From the moment I walked in, I was felt welcomed. The staff was nice and always helpful. The only complaint I had was that the bath water wasn't too hot. It was a great stay though. Will stay here again

I’ve stayed here 3 times and it is consistently a good experience! Hotel is very nice, rooms are very nice, clean, bed is comfortable, AC works well and is central air as opposed to the old fashioned units that you usually find in a hotel where they’re either on or they’re off and they’re super loud! This one has a thermostat that you can set it to and it will turn off once it hits the desired temp. Super helpful when it’s 100° outside but you don’t want it just blasting an AC all night long either. And trust me, the room gets cold if you want it to! Front desk staff is friendly and nice. Kitchen has everything I need to cook. I have zero complaints! Great hotel! Already looking forward to my next stay in a few months!

It was a great room. A front desk person was very pushy with a presentation we weren't interested in and she wouldn't take no for an answer so we agreed and didn't go to stop the madness. It was also disappointing that house keeping didn't come through the room when we didn't have a do not disturb sign up the second day but otherwise a good place to stay

Hilton Club Vacations Villa Mirage is a decent time share property--and that's the problem. They nickel and dimed us on several issues: "parking fees" (added only 2 months ago to) "resort fees". They stuck us in a corner unit next to the ice machine when better situated units were available. We weren't allowed to use our 98,000 Hilton Honors credit card points because..we booked through a different service. To be fair when the front desk saw our initial rating they asked what could be done to make things right, such as offering to switch our unit. We had already unpacked so we declined. Eventually they gave us a $25.00 dining credit ( whopee!!) which covered half the cost of breakfast. The one bedroom unit was adequate.

Room was great and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing I would mention is if you don't like noise ask for a room away from the pool area as it was extremely noisy all the way to 10pm.
