Perfect for a staycation, golf getaway, family reunion, or bachelorette party, this entertainer’s dream offers a resort experience for less than most hotel rooms.

Inside, relax in a spacious modern great room with a 65” TV, dinner seating for 12, billiards, comfy memory foam mattresses, and TVs in every bedroom.

Hi there! We had a wonderful stay here for my bachelor party. The spot had many beds to sleep in and was clean. There were many activities including a pool, hot tub, volleyball, pool table, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

50th Birthday getaway

Great location for food and golf. Downtown Scottsdale is really close. Nice outdoor space and pool. I think their cleaning crew may have missed this one before our visit, but we already got a great deal for our 9 day stay and the customer service rep that helped us was outstanding.

10/10 trip. The house had everything you would need and the backyard was incredible. Very good response time from the owners and someone even came to improve the volleyball net and gave us a new ball without us even asking! Would 100% come and stay here again!

Great Yard and Value!

We stayed for a college friends reunion. So many beds so all 18 of us slept comfortably. Lots of games in the yard - we had a blast just hanging out. Definitely get the pool heated if it’s going to be warm enough, it was wonderful. Hot tub was great too. Location is close to Kierland and golf but you’ll want a car.

Perfect getaway for the family.

The place is furnished with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed moving between the outdoor games, the pool and the TV that is also outside. The fully fenced yard allowed us to bring our dog avoiding the stress of knowing how well he is doing with a sitter or at a kennel.

Great House, Good Location, SO MANY BEDS!

Great house close to lots of stuff. Worked great for our event at Grayhawk and was close enough to surrounding cities to find more to do. Nice common areas and bedrooms were perfect. Tons of beds to accommodate tons of people in the spacious house. The pool and outside areas were great. We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our needs. If you have a big group of travelers this house is perfect and for all ages. Would definitely stay again at this house!

The property is nice, nice neighborhood, close to grocery and entertainment. This house has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Management team is prompt to answer questions and there if anything should come up. Nice grass yard, nice amenities.

Family Christmas Vacation Success

This property is lovely with so many things to do with your littles. There were enough and even more beds to accommodate all of us. The check in process was a breeze and communication with Robin was fast and easy. They reply right away to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Unwelcome

The neighbors are really close. One of the backyard neighbours has set up high powered spot lights that send piercing beams of light into the windows and backyard. Neighbours have set up signs that say, no tresspassing and No VRBO parking. The owner provided the wrong door code so we could not gain access upon arrival. Owner will provide you with a welcome email that essentially says if you make noise outside, after 10pm, you will be evicted immediately and fined $1500. Owner is aggressive in communications. He has most likely dealt with unhappy visitors to this property.
