Simple Mesa 2nd Floor 2 Bedroom Unit

Welcome to a unique retreat nestled near Fiesta Park Village in the vibrant East Valley of Phoenix metropolitan area. This fully furnished 2-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Located on the second floor for added privacy, this unit boasts an equipped kitchen, each bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a desk, ideal for work or relaxation. Available as a monthly rental, enjoy the comfort of covered parking and close proximity to shopping and dining!
The space
KITCHEN
Our kitchen is fully stocked with your daily essentials and has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

LIVING ROOM
Relax in your living room with soft seating for 4, a smart TV, and a small table behind with stools for eating at.

BATHROOM
The full bath has a single sink vanity, toilet, and bathtub/shower combo. Also within this room is an apartment sized washer/dryer combo for your convenience of small laundry loads. The dryer may not fully dry your clothes so additional hang drying may be required. For larger loads or full drying, a coin laundromat is a short drive away.

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen sized bed, a small bedside table, a desk and a chair. There is also a walk-in-closet.

BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 is a similar layout as Bedroom 1. It also has a queen sized bed, a small bedside table, a desk and chair, and a walk-in-closet.

STORAGE
There are 2 additional closets to store cleaning supplies and more.

Please note our unit does not have a washer/dryer. There is a coin laundromat at the closest plaza around the corner.
