Property was beautiful. Amazing neighborhood and wonderful location. It was very clean and comfortable and my grandmother was able to get around easy. We loved the back yard and the front fountain area. Wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Nice Cozy Place

This is the second time I stayed at this property and both times it was a great experience. The place was convenient to meet friends and the amenities were appreciated. I highly recommend the place for out of town visitors.

A great place!

Beautiful home away from home.

This VRBO was an excellent choice for our mini-honeymoon getaway. We were able to visit local attractions and take advantage of excellent restaurants with a short drive from our rental.

Beautiful stay

This house is a great, comfortable, quiet, relaxing place. Inside is nicely decorated and had nice features. It is located near a shopping center and there's a park nearby for an easy evening walk (or a playground if you have kids).

Lovely home, adorable patio, great host!

I really enjoyed Josh's home. It was clean and included all the amenities you need. The patio is even better in person! It is very relaxing and the spa was wonderful. The home has plenty of space, is in a great location, and Josh was wonderful with communication. I'd definitely stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. This house is clean and in a safe neighborhood. Backyard is amazing hot tub is clean a big. Josh was amazing to deal with. House is close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. We will be coming back down!

Family friendly place & location

The check-in process was smooth, the owner gave detailed information prior to arriving. The house is clean, perfect for a family with kids. Beautiful Home Away From Home

We had an amazing experience all the way around with this host and home(: It had all the necessary amenities, was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable! Perfect “Home Away From Home” for a family

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Perfect for a family of 5. We enjoyed the comfortable, well furnished home, and the lovely back yard and jacuzzi. The host, Josh, was so helpful with local recommendations and responsive to any questions. Perfect location near downtown Chandler (great restaurants), shopping, etc - yet still in a lovely residential neighborhood. We’ll hope to return next time we are out this way!

Relaxing getaway in a prime area

Josh hosted a beautiful home with great decor that had a nice homey feel. Having a kitchen with cookware was a great plus. This home is primely located near downtown Chandler with plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would love to stay again. Thank you Josh.

Great stay!

Was exactly as described !we really appreciated the hot tub and the easy to follow instructions for the spa. It was nice to keep the window cracked throughout the day to hear the water fountain while I worked remotely. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Definite perk is that I got to use the garage, easy directions to open and close with a app and lastly I appreciate your home not giving a laundry list of chores before leaving. Thank you !

Amazing

This house was so clean and the instructions for check in were easy and simple. The hot we couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t getting hot and the owner came over immediately and fixed the simple fix! Highly recommend staying here.
