Welcome to your home away from home! This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is located in the heart of Mesa, just minutes from the light rail and an ideal home base for Spring Training games, downtown Mesa dining, and local attractions.
The layout offers flexibility and comfort with one bedroom and a dedicated office on the first floor, perfect for remote work or added privacy. Additional bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, creating a great balance for families or groups.

• 3 bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV for easy streaming. The 3rd bedroom does not have a dedicated closet, but has a dresser and storage under the bed.

The host has done an amazing job on the rental! Everything is brand new complete renovation! The owner is also extremely responsive to any needs and/or questions you may have throughout your stay.

This rental did not meet our needs because there was no bathroom on the first floor. We had my elderly mother staying with us and expected to have her stay in the first floor bedroom because she cannot climb stairs. There was no bathroom on the first floor so we had to put her in the master bedroom. I spent the rest of our time in perpetual fear that she would fall down the stairs.
