This house was amazing. Very spacious (it seems like it is a brand new house) clean, comfortable and a perfect place to gather with family and friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to ASU Tempe campus. The instructions for accessing the home and wifi were clear. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of silverware, glassware, plates. cups pots and pans. Small appliances (blender, toaster, food processor, rice cooker, coffee maker). Plenty of towels (bath, hand, and beach). Body wash, shampoo, and hand soap in all bathrooms was very nice. Extra pillows and comforters. There was also items for families with young children (high-chair, bouncer, playpen, etc). The game room (the garage) has lots of items to keep kids and adults entertained. Table tennis. Shuffleboard, skee-ball, giant connect four and a treadmill to list a few. Back yard has a fenced swimming pool and spa) BBQ grill, putting green and cornhole games. Patio couch and chair with cushions. 4 each of patio chairs and lounge chairs. Overall our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. There's a desk and bookshelves (We liked the book selections provided). Some things to note, there is one TV in the living room and one in the master. The rest of the bedrooms do not have TVs. For me personally I wish there was a tea pot (maybe the next time I stay here there might be one)The deadbolt of the front door needs fixing.
