For security, cameras are at the front of the house, both side gates, the patio, the garage, and the pool. The front and garage door smart locks have photo-only cameras (no video).
HOT TUB: Follow all instructions. Keep it covered when not in use (especially overnight), and store the cover in the rack, not on the ground. Failure to comply may result in a maintenance fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 25.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
