Nice home, but poor communication and let down

Our family loved everything about this house except that we made arrangements ahead of time for a heated pool and it was cold as ice. We tried and tried and tried to get someone out to check on why the pool wasn’t warm, but they were extremely slow to answer us and when they finally did, we were told that the “app” said the pool was warm and so it must be warm. This was EXTREMELY frustrating every single day of our trip. We paid a lot of money so we would have a nice home with a heated pool to enjoy, but no one ever apologized or tried to make it right. It’s a shame, too, because the rest of the home was very very nice and clean and we would have been very happy.
