We came in at like 9pm in the evening and the hotel was fully booked and they gave us a handicap accessible room that looked like a motel 6 room. The room had a really bad smell and the window blinds didnt work. We complained but they couldnt change us until the next day. The next day came and the staff was very unfriendly because of the inconvenience.

We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites Phoenix Airport/Tempe. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was convenient. Breakfast was amazing!

The property is in the middle of a corporate park (or felt like it!) but still close to ASU and the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is convenient. The rooms were fine though our ADA room’s blinds wouldn’t open or close - they were down for our entire stay so the room was very dark. We were only at the hotel for 2 nights so not a big deal.

We did a park and fly. Staff very nice and the property was very well maintained. My car was safe she. We left it for. Week. The bed was amazing. Would stay here again.

Room smelled and pull out couch was stained. Breakfast was mediocre for a continental. We booked it for the free shuttle and even signed up the night before and the shuttle left early. Overall this place is a 2/5 in every regard.

Typically SpringHill Suites are a pretty decent option. Everything was okay, except for a mildew smell in the room. We don’t have much options after a long trip and we’re only there for one night, so we powered through.

This hotel worked well for my family the night before flying out of PHX sky harbor airport. However, I booked it because it has 9/10 on Expedia. Based on the age of the hotel and how dated it is, I would expect a 7/10 or 8/10.

The staff was excellent. The hotel has been renovated effectively is very comfortable and nice and convenient off of the freeway. I really enjoy my stay here.

We stayed for three nights for a music festival. The hotel was so convenient, and great hot breakfast buffet. The staff, in particular Cookie at the front desk (and Troy the shuttle guy) went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome!! Cookie was sooo helpful and warm. Thank you for making a wonderful girls trip!
