Best of EVERYTHING - perfectly preserved historic cottage, with all new mechanicals for reliable comfort, designed and staged by a local legend, on one of the prettiest streets in Del Norte Historic district. The only Phoenix district to be surrounded by greenery on three sides. All just mere minutes to Downtown Phoenix and the airport. The area is terrific - lots of local restaurants and bars, and of course the Arts District.

Great House / Great Location

Gregory's house was exactly as described. Maybe even better! The backyard certainly exceeded our expectations. We just wish the weather would have allowed us to cook outside. (It was chilly when we were there). The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we could want. The huge TV in the living room was a extra bonus! We love the location. It is convenient to Downtown, Roosevelt St etc and the Melrose District. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. We would certainly love to stay there next year when we return.
