Great deal on our room with a kitchenette! Very spacious, 2 rooms, 1- bedroom with king bed, TV & bathroom. 2-kitchen area with table, 2 chairs and TV. Easy check in & out. If we come back to the Phoenix, we'll definitely stay here.

Kitchen did not have any utensils or pots and pans; I brought my own and the wifi is t as good as it states, it's very spotty and slow! Cannot connect our Xbox nor phones to the internet and we even called the number that was provided for us. Other than that, my children and I have been here for a bit and so far the staff is amazing!

Arrived at 3am from out of state and check in was super smooth and easy. The room was beyond my expectations for a motel 6 - super clean and tidy. And spacious! AC worked well. We got a corner room luckily and didn’t deal with any noise at all. The price was great for a quick 2 night stay. Cheers from California!

The staff is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are very pet friendly. (some guests don't pickup after their animals, but I pointed it out to the staff). It's not a new property or the Ritz, but it's clean and comfortable with a great location and the staff make the stays very pleasant 😀

Very nice hotel clean, conveniently located a lot of dining options. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very professional and attentive. I left my iPad in the room upon checkout, and when I called back, I kept being told that the iPad was not left on the bed. This was the biggest downfall of the trip, dishonest housekeeping staff is never a good thing.

They hotel staff were amazing… The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. The pool and jacuzzi were clean also. I left my iPad in the room and when I called back, housekeeping, says that they did not find my iPad, but the iPad was indeed left on the bed. And that’s very unfortunate.

Plenty of parking. Quick check in and out. Appreciate the studio space with kitchenette and large fridge—though we didn’t utilize much. No shampoo but there is a Walmart and Costco nearby. Many food options close by too. Love that it’s dog friendly because we’re pet people (not pets on this trip though). Everyone seem to behave, heard a small dog go off a few times but not constant. I don’t know the area but it felt safe ish. You’re not in a luxury hotel so for the price, it worked for us.

Room was clean and comfortable, I did see a roach in the bathroom when I first got there , but did not see anymore the rest of the stay. There was a terrible rain storm while I was in town and the walkway right outside my door was flooded, I and other guests walking by had to walk on out tip toes to avoid our shoes from being totally soaked.
