  • We offer high quality vacation homes and stellar service to our guests. 99% of our guests give us 5 star ratings! Everyone loves our condos and our beautiful community.

    Brand new furniture, wonderful mattresses, comfy sheets, lots of pillows, soft towels, extra blankets, all the small appliances you'll ever need, simply GORGEOUS new flooring, new lighting, new walk-in showers, new glassware, bakeware, dishware and so much more! Free WiFi and Free wireless internet are provided for your use.

    Amazing lake views from our patio! Open the patio door and enjoy the swans, ducks, geese, and turtles! You are just a few steps away from the lake, babbling brook, walking trail, fishing dock, and nature.

    Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening.

    We have new tennis/pickle ball courts (and we provide the tennis equipment in the condo!). A brand new hot tub was just completed in March!

    Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

    In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

    Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.

Nice condo with a great view. It was very clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The location is a mile or less from food and shopping as well as a North to South interstate highway. It was very quiet, almost felt like we had the community to ourselves. Mille had great communication over the entire rental process.

Wonderful place to stay in Phoenix!

Very clean, quiet place with everything we needed to be comfortable. Enjoyed the little lake and ducks and we walked around every day. Also enjoyed the hot tub. It’s easy access to freeway so good central location. If you like antiquing its very close to Brass Armadillo which is absolutely amazing! Only an hour and half drive to Sedona too, great day trip! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great place, great location!

From start to finish everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect. You’re close to ASU campus, State Farm Stadium, and Westgate Entertainment district. The place is super clean and the decor is pretty cool. I would highly recommend!

Great location

The location was great for getting around phoenix. The only issue was the fragrance of sheets. Everything worked great. The mattresses were better than what we have at home. All in all I would recommend staying at this place.

Lakeside bliss

The lakeside location is very relaxing. Close to freeway for quick access to restaurants in our case. Clean and well furnished. Dishwasher did not work but the owner personally ensured that it was replaced the next day. Strongly recommend!

We had a great week staying at this condo over spring break. The walking path was a great way to get going in the morning and the pool was close to the condo and a great place to hangout for the day. The condo was great for the 5 of us. Comfortable furniture and beds. The patio was a great place to hangout. We would stay here again in the future.

Dad's 70th birthday

Place a spacious, clean, lots of amenities. Found zero traces of any bugs, the view was great off the balcony. Plenty of parking. Easy access to get in and out of. Host was easy to get to when we had questions, coffee maker broke and was replaced same day. I will book again if I head back to Phoenix.
