  • This beautiful condo overlooking golf course, 8th hole, sleeps 9. Offering everything you need for a weekend vacation or long term stay. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with living room and loft. Master suite is on the first floor over looking a private patio. 2nd bedroom offers queen bed, & 3rd offers bunk bed with full mattress on bottom and twin on top. Loft with desk, and full size futon. Three TVs, covered parking for one vehicle, private laundry inside condo. Golf course has been recently remodeled. Condo is just minutes from Peoria Sports Complex where the SD Padres and Seattle Mariners play. Also, near Arrowhead shopping area, Thunderbird Mountain Preserve for great hiking, and Lake Pleasant. Short drive to West Gate, and Cardinals Stadium. Only 20-30 minutes from downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the airport.
