Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle (if any dishes were used). Throw away any opened food items from the fridge or pantry. We take care of the trash.
Cover the swim spa, put pool toys & accessories in the deck box. If you used the fire pit, please make sure the propane tank is off/closed. Pet Owners: Ensure you’ve cleaned up after your pet.
Final Steps    Lock Doors - Front, back, and side entrances (Don’t forget to check the Shark Shack! Ensure it’s locked as well) Turn off lights. The AC can stay on. Thanks for your co-operation.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a very unique property. It is very well appointed and great property to relax with friends. The small downtown and local distillery with amazing food and drink is within a short walk. The swim spa is great, even if you can't figure out the controls. The layout and details of the spaces are interesting yet groovy. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a house with character and that loves amazing bathrooms. One note...there are cameras on many of the exterior areas of the house which is not in the listing. If you have young kids that you don't want on camera, this is something to consider.
