With 1 large master bedroom suite featuring a queen bed, master bath and walk in closet There is a second bath and multi-purpose room that serves as a guest room, office second TV viewing room. Enjoy the convenience of a fully updated, fully furnished, home with solar, in an active 55 and older resort community. (41+ year old tenants may rent with HOA approval) Pools, golf, pickle ball, tennis, 2 on site restaurants a theater, several gyms, weight rooms, a Fitness center (additional charge for classes like Thai Chi etc.) Creative Arts building for creative. Conveniently located 20 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbor AirPort. Minimum 30 day stay as per HOA regulations. Monthly rental cost varies by season($1850 June through Sept. (2025) $2350 Oct-Dec 2025)
