Wonderful Royal Palm Park Neighborhood
Built in 1957 in you can see some of the historic features but with plenty of upgrades. Our backyard is the perfect place to spend mornings, afternoons or evenings. Plenty of seating and creature comforts. The outdoor TV on the back patio allows for you to watch football while you grill dinner or watch a show once the sun goes down (2 outdoor heaters, firepit or chiminea are all options to keep you warm in the cool Phoenix evenings of winter).
If you take a morning walk to Royal Palm park which is 5 blocks away you will feel the sense of a friendly neighborhood.
This is a unique neighborhood irrigated by historic canal system that has allowed large trees and mid-west style lawns to make up a neighborhood that many would not think existed in the Arizona desert.
