I booked the room the garden view. Expecting a garden view. The view I got was far from that. I was in the new wing of the building and the view was of a couple plants and a neighbouring building.
The room was spacious and the bed was large which was great.
Overall the location is great with it being central to everything. The hotel staff was great as well.

Great location. Located beside a mall and walkable to MBK and Siam square (around 20mins walk). Not close to BTS but direct link to blue line mrt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing is the housecleaning service. The floor was not cleaned daily because I can see my hair lying around everyday. It’s only the last day when they finally cleaned the floor. I have nothing to complain except for the house cleaning.

I loved it here. Place is just as mentioned and we got the buffet add on which was worth every cent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The place is very clean. It’s close and walkable to many shops and markets. I had no problem staying here.

I have stayed here so many times over the years. This stay was an improvement on my last, two months ago. Great specials on now considering it's low season in Thailand. Nice room. Late check-out. Friendly staff. A bit more attention to cleaning and fixtures (the curtain tie hooks hanging on the wall) would see my rating improve. Great location - lots of shopping, 7:11, local market etc.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are stunning the jacuzzi suite is the only way to do this place amazing views. The staff is super helpful and friendly! Will definitely be coming back when we return.
