Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk.
