"I understand that things happen and there are extenuating circumstances, but this felt like a bait and switch, book me into a nicer hotel, then not have rooms in that hotel and place me in a worse one for same price. I can’t speak to the Sapphire Hotel itself, as I never saw a room, but can speak to my experience.

"I would defenately stay here again. Fantastic breakfast, great location, helpful hosts, and ultra-quiet location. We didn't actually use the pool, so I can't give an opinion regarding that. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. Thank you Laura for helping us make travel arrangements for us."
