"Great and wonderful helpful and above and beyond staff. Large area to walk on the beach and within the property. Wonderful Spa experience. Although far from external food options (you’ll need transportation) Food within the venue was great! Some are reasonably priced and some are a little high for what was presented. There’s also a buggy you can take to Bayan Tree property which is 5 mins buggy away provided by the hotel for other food options (but pricier). As mentioned to the property, given the extensive humidity, drinks weren’t very cold and cocktail and drink options was limited which they need to work on asap. Amenities such as the pool is great and large to accommodate guests and kids. A bell or buzzer would be helpful at the beach sunbeds since it’s rather far for staff to see if you need or want yo to order food & drinks. Building itself needs to be maintained as it’s obvious thatt the workmanship isn’t at its best. But lots of construction happening so the expansion of the property is clear, but hopefully they can manage to maintain and present better construction work. Overall, amazing place if you want privacy, quiet place to rest in peace. Again, amazing, friendliness and caring Staff!"

She connected with us immediately through her warmth, professionalism, and sincere care, making us feel valued from day one. Katie consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and proactively asking if there was anything we needed. We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and relaxation. "The room was gorgeous and ocean view was breathtaking. Everything is clean and organized. I have minor recommendion that the room needs to install more electrical outlets especially, near the bed. Lisa Nguyen who was my check-in receptionist had done a tremendous job and diligently working hard to ensure that she can help me with several options on my requests. She manages to help me out. I haven't seen such a patience and willingness to-help receptionist in my life in order to accommodate my request. This lady, Lisa, deserves top 5 out 5 Star and get a promotion. I hope her boss is able to read my feedback here."
