"Update: I appreciate the update from the hotel. I agree that room expectations should be communicated more clearly—especially since our room was located in the “basement” and required additional, unexplained steps to manage the temperature. That said, I value the hotel’s response and commitment to ongoing improvement. The staff, from the hotel to the restaurants, have been excellent. A special thanks goes to the team for helping my son recover his newly lost Galaxy phone—kudos for that! While I was able to cool the room by opening the door for a while, the portable unit provided did not have an AC function and wasn’t effective. I did call the lobby and was told someone would come to assist, but unfortunately no one arrived. Overall, I’ll overlook this for now given the staff’s efforts and hospitality, but clearer communication and more effective room temperature solutions would make the experience even better. Original review: Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced. They advertise 4 stars and charge accordingly, but the room felt closer to 2 stars. The biggest issue was the heat—no HVAC controls, just outdated standalone heater and AC units. We had to call for service in the middle of the night because the room overheated. On top of that, our ‘family room with Mountain View’ was on the ground floor right along the pathway. There was no real balcony and absolutely no view unless you stepped out onto the path to find one. Definitely not a place I’d return to."

"This resort had everything! The family suite is perfect for young families. Every meal was exceptional and so many places to choose from. There is so much to do even after staying 7 nights we didn't get to do all the activities the resort had on offer. The staff were all so friendly and after a week they were like family to our children. The photos don't do this place justice. It was paradise and you will have no problem spending hours by the pool of that's what you like. Our children visited kids club and loved it so much they insisted on going back every day which have us time to ourselves each morning. We would gladly return and it was sad to leave! "

"I recently stayed at Novotel Danang Premier Han River and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location in the city center is very convenient, with many restaurants, cafes, and bars all within walking distance. While it’s not directly on the beach, the coastline is only about a 10–15 minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy both the city and the beach areas. One of the highlights of the property is the rooftop lounge, which has a stylish atmosphere and attracts a lively crowd in the evenings. The views are excellent and the ambiance is definitely worth experiencing, although I found the drinks to be fairly average and somewhat overpriced compared to the many great options elsewhere in Da Nang. The breakfast buffet was truly enormous and offered an impressive variety of choices. Whether you prefer Western breakfast staples, Vietnamese dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, or made-to-order items, there was something for everyone. The breakfast staff in particular stood out for being exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming every morning. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, though they are beginning to show their age in some areas and could benefit from a refresh and more detailed upkeep. Overall, the hotel offers strong value thanks to its central location, excellent staff, and expansive amenities. I would happily stay again, especially for travelers looking to be in the heart of Da Nang rather than directly on the beach."

"The photographs of TIA on the website does do justice to the ambiance, serenity and hospitality that envelopes the reality of the TIA experience. We had a fabulous time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the resort was very clean in every way, quiet, serene, the light reflecting on the surface of the pools in the morning was magical. The staff including manager Mike (Quan), Japanese interpreter Trang, spa therapists Uyen & Nhung, the buffet hospitality team, the cleaning crew, just everyone went over and beyond anything we have experienced. We miss them already. We cannot wait to go back..."
