"Hotel did not disappoint. Very good location as in between places we wanted to visit. Shops, eateries and market just over road. Helpful staff who helped when our flight out was cancelled. All in all a good hotel to stay at."

"This is a paradise not a hotel. There are only good and great things to talk about this place. The best resort in Phu Qouc Island by far. Every staff is courteous, energetic and customer focused. Lavish pools and stunning beach. Hotel rooms are immaculate. Room service is top notch. Breakfast is awesome and a food marathon with zillion of specialties. Food haven. Child friendly to the best. They have a great kids club. Free shuttles from airport to hotel. Reserve it in advance.Free shuttles to the Grand World Market. Chef Vincent and Chef Tung very accommodating and will make you feel special with mouth watering dishes we being vegetarian. VY and Vivivian at the dinner check out were amazing with great customer service and details. Queen helped our 7 year old daughter all during the stay and were very caring. There is a DJ playing your favorite tracks in the evening at the beach and also nice soothing music at dinner. We had dinner and breakfast always the hotel as it great value for money and quality which is top notch. Overall a great experience and something to remember for rest of our life."

"This is an amazing experience. The hotel is so incredibly beautiful. Our room was exquisitely decorated. The service is over the top. Staff are trained to address all your needs. The daily activities are varied. The yoga and Pilates instructor was very good, and I loved the daily classes. The lap pools are very very long. The sunsets are a daily show. Honestly, the most spoiled that we have ever been in a resort. Don’t miss this experience. "

"We had a great stay at this resort! The location was fantastic—right next to a private beach, themed park, safari, and shopping area, which made everything super convenient. The resort was clean and well-maintained, offering plenty of opportunities to relax either by the main pool or in your own private pool. The only downside was the amount of smoking. There were quite a few people smoking around the pool area, and at times the smell was quite strong when walking by, which took away a bit from the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a lovely place with great amenities—just wish there were better controls around smoking in shared spaces."
