Nous avons reçu la confirmation de réservation et une fois arrivés sur place l’hôtel a refusé de nous donner une chambre en nous expliquant qu’il ne retrouve aucune réservation à notre noms et qu’il ne travaille pas avec la plate-forme Hotels.com ou Expédia. Nous avons remonté le problème au service client et l’hôtel a répondu qu’il n’y a plus de chambres disponibles. Au moment de notre échange avec le service client, des clients sont arrivés et ont réservé sous nos yeux! On a compris que l’hôtel utilise cette technique pour profiter de la visibilité sur la plateforme sans payer les frais.
