Relaxing stay.

We had the 2 bed apartment on 9th floor. Spacious. Lovely view from patio, great to watch the sunsets. Central location to access each end of island. Lots of restaurants, shops and businesses. Only a couple of minutes walk across the road to beach. Easy use of the free bus to Grand world and that end of the island.

No gym whatsoever as advertised. Breakfast is below average because too sweet or no taste. Excursions must be cash payment which never conveyed to the customer beforehand! Tried to charge customer on every little things in the room. Be careful and read and check everything in the room before occupying. Let them know the anything is not or damaged in the room (such as safe, lamp, tea cups and pot as examples) per their list on the back of the directory book.

First impressions of the hotel were not great as we stepped into the main building and saw the tiny little swimming pool to the side of the reception. HOWEVER, we then went to our 2 bedroom apartment in the back complex which was obviously a newer extension and we were so pleased and surprised to see the much newer and larger pool and grass area in from on the apartment blocks! The apartments were clean and well equipped and the aircon was good. There’s quite a few mosquitos due to the greenery so we didn’t sit outside on the lovely terrace area but it was beautifully lit up at night with some fairy lights in the trees and the lights from the pool. The staff were very helpful, particularly cos you have to manoeuvre quite a few stairs to get to the rooms and so with our multitude of large cases, it proved a little struggle when we were checking out. The staff were friendly and let us store our luggage for free after check out whilst we explored some more. Price is above average for this area but definitely worth it due to the quality of accommodation, location (short walk to the night market and loads of restaurants and massage facilities nearby).

여행중 먹어본 조식중 최악이었습니다. 부페대신 4개 메뉴를 선택하라고 했는데, 그나마 2개 메뉴도 불가하다고 하네요. 밤 10시부터 윗층에서 소음이 시작되어 아침 5시까지 계속되어 숙면을 취할수 없었습니다. 리셉션의 호텔직원과의 기본적인 영어 소통이 불가하여, 번역기를 사용해야 했습니다. 호텔 가격이 싼것 외에는 좋은게 없는것 같네요. 이왕이면 조금더 비싼 호텔 추천합니다.
