The Hotel was such a super cute boutique hotel. Very close walking distance to the night market. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet may be small but it was probably the best breakfast buffet out of our entire trip in Vietnam. The hotel even surprised my mother with a birthday cake and really made her feel so special. The pool and view were amazing. The rooms were cute and modern. Definitely highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks M Hotel!

The hotel is close to the night market, making it quick and easy to find a variety of places to eat nearby. It is also spacious, and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, including a safe and a mini fridge. They also offer a shuttle service for airport scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, One thing to note is that there are steps at the front entrance that guests must climb. This could be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but you can always go out and explore the local food options. The pool is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean while you swim. There are also chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and unwind. The staff also made our trip memorable by making a beautiful swan anniversary gift. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phu Quoc.

The location of this hotel is great. Right on the beach and close to the Night Market and other markets. The hotel is not large and has a limited breakfast…though makes up for it by wonderful staff. Julie Thuy Do made our room extra special since we were celebrating a birthday event. We selected a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the water. Sunsets were unbelievable! If I had one wish…it would be for the room to be slightly bigger for bags and personal items. With this said, the huge windows, large shower and beautiful setting made up for this. I would definitely stay here again!

Floor had dirty footprints from previous occupants when we arrived. 2 x downlights not working. Check in felt rushed with a lot of focus on charges for missing towels, mis use of room etc. Some info regarding hotel location to sights /activities would have been greatly appreciated. Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. Except for the fact that I couldn't fill the bathtub with water in the room, the staff was friendly and the meals were delicious. Although small, the hotel had a private beach and pool, making it an excellent place to relax in peace.
