Beautiful resort, great beaches

A beautiful resort right at the most amazing beaches in Phu Quoc. They do their best to appreciate you as a guest and the surrounding is amazing; also rather close but not too close at the town.

An excellent hotel really, if I had to be picky, the room could be a bit more modern, but everything worked in it. I had a seaview room and did hear faint morning music every day. At first I thought it was a wake-up alarm going off in a nearby room. Breakfast was superb. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The beach area including neighbouring hotels beaches is full of coconut trees to give shade is sunbathing and for me, one of the most beautiful beach areas I have seen. Night time very quiet, not much to do other than eat at the night market. Enjoyed my stay and would return

Beim Check-In wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 100.000 VND gefordert, die ausschließlich bar bezahlt werden kann, andernfalls wird der Reisepass einbehalten. Check-In war sehr chaotisch, wir hatten ein Bergblick-Zimmer gebucht und haben erst eines mit Poolblick bekommen mit Happy-Birthday Dekoration im Zimmer (niemand von uns hatte Geburtstag). Nach Beschwerde haben wir dann das korrekte Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, es gibt allerdings keinen Safe. Frühstück war wirklich toll und lecker, wenn man direkt um 6 Uhr morgens gekommen ist. Danach war es ein einziges Chaos: leere Essens- und Getränkebehälter, Essen überall verstreut, Personal sortiert lieber Besteck, anstatt die Tische aufzuräumen oder leere Behälter aufzufüllen… Der Strand und Pool waren toll - allerdings viel zu wenige Liegen und die meisten davon noch kaputt. In dem Hotel sind zu 98% Koreaner und Russen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt‘s nicht wirklich was, in 5 Minuten kann man zum Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten zum Night Market laufen. Man hatte beim Personal immer ein bisschen das Gefühl, man stört (eventuell lag das auch an unserer Nationalität). Keine Begrüßung vom Personal beim Vorbeilaufen, beim Check-Out wurden wir einfach stehengelassen und plötzlich der Gast nach uns bedient. Erst auf Nachfrage, was das Problem sei, erhielten wir nach über 10 Minuten unsere Kaution zurück und konnten schließlich auschecken.
