Friendly staffs, especially Khanh and all bellmen are very nice and helpful. Bai Kem is of best beaches in Phu Quoc and Premier Residence is located there, very enjoyable. The resort is suitable for families with young kids

The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. The service was ok. It took a very long time to get drinks and food even when it was not busy, was just us and 3 other tables. The club house and herring bar is essentially the same place, staff was very friendly but did struggle with English so google translate helps a lot. I have mobility issues and when I asked to move rooms they were unable to accommodate which was weird because when I looked at availability on their site there was rooms available but was told there was no additional rooms. Beach was amazing.

We loved everything. We were looking for relaxation by the beach and pool by this point in our trip. Premier sure did deliver on this, their location is perfect and Kelm Beach has our heart. We loved our relaxing stay. The staff were amazing - reception staff went above and beyond with the breakfast boxes organised for us to have as we had an early departure flight from the island. The buffet breakfast by the way you have so much choice, something for everyone. I would say go early to breakfast to avoid busy time (After 9am was insanely busy on our first morning at resort). We loved everything about resort location and we hope to return with the rest of the family in the future.

Was a great stay with my family. The Kids Club was exceptional, along with the pool! While it appears there is only a small section posted as "kids pool", there didn't seem to be an issue taking kids in the other pools as long as they were supervised. The private beach was also very accessible and never seemed too crowded. The free shuttle and access to transport was very convenient and appreciated. It is to note that this is a large resort, and while the service was great, don't expect the same level of service as a smaller 5 star hotel. Would easily return to this hotel as a very family friendly place.

Staff, location, pool, and beach are all amazing! They were really stingy with water? I stayed next door at a boutique hotel and had no problems getting my bottle filled with ice water. At this hotel however they wanted to charge me for bottles of water and ice? Very strange?

Large, comfortable rooms with spacious balconies. Expansive pools offer space for everyone and stretch right to the beach. The buffet breakfast offers excellent choices, although the atmosphere is rather hectic manoeuvering around the crowds of people.

More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards weren't great - food was fresh, just that the way food was displayed and accessed wasn't the best. For example, they have this huge tub of ice that keeps getting refilled, but u can see the melted ice at the bottom of the bucket had probably been there for a couple of hours and contained debris. An ice machine would have been better. The fruits were also just left in the open and probably should have been covered/ in refrigerated section and split into individual portions (pretty sure I got a tummy bug from here). Some amenities were dated/broken -e.g. ping ping rackets and table football. For a hotel this size, I think there should be more sport/fun ammenities, e.g. there was only one ping pong table, always with a long queue. Good location - nearby restaurants/ mini-marts, quick taxi ride to sunset town. The rooms were also a good size and well maintained. For quality, the price seemed fair, and if the hotel can address the above issues, it'd be a really great stay.

beautiful hotel

beutifull hotel with a great breakfast bacon and egg. staff very friendly and courteous spa and sauna very good aswell as pool and beach. only issue but nothing major was the fridge in the room wasnt very good and the outside pool bar wasnt very good. the deck beach bar along the beach is alot better. supermarket and restraunt accross road nd plenty of taxis to take you around the island
