Although the hotel is a bit remotely located, they have excellent shuttle services to downtown, a mart, and Sonasea. They have a large swimming pool and a private beach that.my family loved. Staffs are very friendly and room is in good condition.

Perfect way to experience a resort on Phu Quoc

A true 5 STAR hotel in every aspect. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the very friendly and kind staff who promptly guide you through the check in process. The hotel grounds and common areas are clean and spacious. You never feel it’s ever too crowed which is so nice. The pool area is beautiful and very large. The private white sand beach is clean and the sea water very warm. The staff at the pool bar and lobby bar always serves with a smile. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable bedding and towels. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There were Asian, American and European options for the buffet. The main restaurant Mad Cow is very delicious and the staff there so friendly. Also the modern gym has everything you would need to get a great workout. I have traveled a lot in my life and this is the best resort style hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What makes this resort extra special are the workers. Highly recommended!

The resort is very beautiful, the services were excellent. It’s a little far from the central but they provided shuttle bus. I would strongly recommend this resort to the travelers

First good impression was the staffs work by the doors, the reception and life guard ( I think his name Nghia). They’re extremely nice and helpful. Almost everything was prefect and only couple things are coconut bar by the pool was closed on Mon through Wed :(, and the toilet flushing button is located in very inconvenient location you can’t flush the toilet while you’re seating. Well other than that is pretty good.

We only stayed one night as we arrived late and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Sadly the room was smelly and didn't look clean with stains on the couch. Knowing that we arrived late (9pm) I specifically asked how long the kitchen was going to be open and we were told until 11. Arriving at the restaurant after a shower we were informed that the kitchen is closing at 9:30 and we had to be out of the restaurant by 10. Overall not a good experience

We're sorry that the coordination and information between departments wasn't good as it should be, which brought the mentioned issue. Our Salt 'n' Pepper restaurant receives order until 9.30PM and guests can enjoy their meal until 10.30PM. Please be informed that our Mad Cow Wine & Grill operates from 4.30PM to 10.30PM every Thursday to Monday, which is also a perfect place to please your taste. A clean and nice resort. Well maintained and good spread of breakfast. It is however far from the city and with only 1 transport a day to the town. The surroundings are not entirely populated and fairly deserted. Need transport to get around if there is a need to roam around.

Stayed during the current "outbreak" of covid fear filled nonsense. It was very nice but many things at the resort were shut down due to the scamdemic which was understandable but unfortunate. The place and staff were excellent and i would stay again.

This was our first stay at PM PQ as to map all new 5 star corporate resorts and offer reviews accordingly. Before we start; this review is through the lens of a detail oriented foreigner, but it is understandable that resorts have adopted their target segments (99% locals) Total score ; 4.25-4.5 / 5 To summarize the excellent; Overall level of service and attention to details, cleanliness and Uber premium comfort of total set-up (except beach chairs) Super big and comfy swimming pool with kids water playground extension aside. The good: Price / quality of this resort vs others in same category. Tranquility- as the villas ain’t build from card-board. The “to consider to improve” Note : the resort can’t operate 100% if you are kept hostage in the pandemic , so the below is only relevant when international travel picks up again. Overall food quality; Mad Cow had a great offer of bone marrow but in general, the food is mediocre (own taste ‘ expectations) Feedback was provided but we fully understand that adoption to local needs and standards in terms of choice and taste prevail. Bedding; to bring PM to the +5 star experience,mid suggest offering a comforter and pillow menu due time as for us the Mattres was way too hard, pillow to soft, resulting in a bit of stiff neck. Again, hard mattresses are Vietnam standard, so they satisfy likely 95% of all. Summary; PM PQ stands out vs the similar ones in these pandemic times in terms of ops excellence. Kudos

Wir waren positiv überrascht, die Hotelgröße mögen wir eigentlich gar nicht, auf Phu Quoc ist es aber nahezu unmöglich ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu bekommen, welches nicht so ein Bunker ist. Dafür ist die Anlage echt traumhaft gestaltet. Einiges an Fliesen, Gebäude und auch Einrichtungen ist aber schon eher stark abgenutzt und müsste generalüberholt werden. Nur streichen hilft da nicht. Was leider gar nicht geht ist der Strand. Dieser ist an sich, super schön. Aber das Meer ist voll mit Plastiktüten und anderem Schmutz und das Personal, aber auch das Hotelmanagement tun nicht wirklich was dagegen. Ebenso verhält es sich mit dem Strand, voll mit Müll, Zigaretten, Plastik und leider sogar Glasscherben.
