The room was very spacious and well kept Plenty of options for breakfast The hotel itself was close and walking promixity to noght markets, local marts, food locations. The pool was nice but needed a good clean on tiles, the beach unfortunately was not clean enough to swim in, staff did a great job at cleaning the sand, but a lot of floating rubbish beyond their control Overall, great hotel- great staff and a great holiday.

Good location, no indoor swimming pool, only outdoor one. If there is thunderstorm, guests cannot swim. Only one restaurant and the food is just fair (including the breakfast buffet). Yet, the location is really good, close to the night market. The only swimming pool is a bit small but good to take photo. Not much facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Air conditioner works well. When there was air conditioner problem in our room, the staff came within 10 mins and fixed it as soon as he could. But if I paid for HK$1000 for a sea view room, I could have more choices in Phu Quoc.

Such a great hotel and in prime location. Offers amazing amenities and the hotel even arranges complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel. Would highly recommended as the pool is absolutely amazing and you have beach front access. Definitely dedicate a day just to relax and lounge around.

We had an overall okay stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was lovely. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of noise from both the pool area (kids) and the ocean, even with the doors closed. Compared to some of the other places we stayed during our trip, the experience felt a little more basic. For example, we had to take up our own bags and there wasn’t much guidance or direction provided on arrival. (We didn’t get our welcome drink) That said, the breakfast was really good and the location was convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of Phu Quoc, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not as memorable as some of the other hotels we experienced on this trip.

The hotel was perfectly located near downtown and the market, easy to walk. The room was beautiful and large, the pool beautiful however missing a minimum 10-15 extra chairs near the children pool going around the building. Too many leave only towels with no coming back for hours. The buffet is amazing with lots of choices from fruits to egg to Asian meals. The lunch is also very good a as staff is friendly

I have traveled to more than 30 countries and I would like to highlight Seashells Hotel at Phu Quoc. The location is convenient for my group to the night market and VinBus Station. The hotel provides to and fro airport to hotel services. The breakfast is so delicious although they are the same for our 5 mornings there 😆 It would be perfect if they could change the menu slightly. The lady staff who serve us eggs is very professional, cheerful and smiling all the way; she should be the example of all serving staff in hotel! I would like to thanks the hotel for giving us a surprise Birthday Cake on 14 April. Appreciate your hospitality, friendliness and kindness! Thank you Seashell Hotel’s staff !!! ❤️
