Great pool. Semi annoying that one of the pools is now a day club. I was there mid week and the club is only open on weekends. So this pool just sat closed and not used. The room was great but I could tell it was well aged. I stayed in the canyon tower. Very noticeable wear and tear but big and spacious and lots of plugs and usb ports were appreciated. Front desk staff did not want to be there! Checking in was with a very abrasive and unfriendly woman. Bummer. This is the first impression a hotel makes to a new visitor. Zero engagement, no eye contact, very unhappy to be at work. She was the opposite of I expect from a front desk agent. Zero passion, zero warmth, zero helpfulness. Surly and border line rude.

The main lobby bar was closed for renovation. Some elevators were not working. Long line for breakfast so I had to eat at other locations. I have stayed at the Westgate many times over the years and this time was the most disappointing.

This was my first time ever going to Caesar's Palace. It is nothing short of palatial. The Romanesque theme is pervasive and well executed. The building complex is impressive with high mosaic ceilings, lavish gold-accented marble decor, and numerous statues throughout. I stayed in the Colosseum tower. The room was clean and well-maintained with no obvious signs of excessive wear. I really enjoyed my stay. However, I have two things to criticize: 1) Mini-bar items are expensive and on sensors so avoid touching the mini-bar unless you plan on purchasing items from it. 2) As a non-smoker, I found the odor of cigarette smoke on the casino floor to be pervasive and strong.

Amazing Stay, I hope Treasure Islands stays there.

Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.
