My stay at Avista Hideaway Patong Resort & Spa Phuket - MGallery Collection was a great stay! It was my first time in Phuket and as a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe while stay on the property. The rooms were regularly serviced (if you wanted it). The rooms are modern, spacious and luxe. I stayed in the room with the whirlpool and private pool (which were cleaned regularly, so I didn't have to go to one of the main pools if I didn't want to).

Communication is terrible. Food was mid. And they so money hungry. No sense of customer service this the first hotel I ever stay in for them to book a simple taxi u have to pay a deposit. Or breakfast even when u paying a deposit down u have to pay for breakfast separately. I stayed at my other resort which is Dinso and I never had to do all that. They were very accommodating, communication was great and food was amazing.

This hotel is a 10/10. If you are looking for a true relaxation, peace and quiet this is the place to come. We enjoyed the tranquility. The hotel is truly an oasis. The staff were amazing, welcoming, attentive…top notch service. The room we stayed in was great. We loved that the hotel is away from the chaos but just a close car ride to all the site seeing places and beaches. When the opportunity presents itself we would definitely come back.

I had the best time on my first solo trip to Thailand, staying at Avista Hideaway. The staff were so accomodating and just to name a few who I can remember; Daw and Nook from housekeeping, Da, Lisa and Paer, vista and bar staff. So many truly went above and beyond. Food was good, especially the breakfasts. The food options had great varitey. Some critisisms, adult pool needed cleaning more often, i was there eveyday and compared to the other pools, looked less cared for. Limescale build up in the corners of the showers, i know a challenege to het rid of bit compared to the attentiin to detail everywhere else, this stood out. I would definitely reccommend and hope to return in the future.

Hotel is a little secluded but still close to the Patong area. Staffs made us feel welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel. The highlight of this hotel was the rooms, very huge and spacious, feels brand new. The pools were amazing, one of the best pools of any hotels I’ve ever stayed at and the water temperature is perfect. Breakfast was great amazing with great choice. Overall would recommend staying at this resort!
