The Lady running thr property helped with my laundry and runs a nice little cafe I could run a tab at. Friendly and comfortable. It felt for me, a real guest house. Thank you for having me.

Everything was excellent, everyone is so kind and friendly, I’ll definitely recommend I’ll comeback, very affordable and the room was how it was described with everything you can actually need , comfortable bed. Old town Phuket is beautiful and there is lots of places to shop and eat

All the staff were really lovely. The property is very unique and quirky in a good way. (Old Town style house!) It is situated in the center of the Old Town and great location for going anywhere. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great little spot for the price. It’s a basic room in an old home with own bath, friendly ladies that run the place and the cafe below. Location is great in the middle of old town. If you are looking for a basic, clean place for little money, this won’t disappoint.

Phuket 346 guest house was wonderful to spend a couple days in! The people were very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces every time I came and went. The room was very comfortable and clean upon arrival.

I stayed here 2 nights, the area is very busy but just what Old Phuket town is. I loved it, as I had plans during the day, and would go out at night. The bed was soooo comfortable and the room extremely clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they were so kind when I even was running late with checking out. I highly recommend if you are looking for room in the busy center of Phuket.

The room and bathroom were clean, the big bed, with a window you can see the famous street, the receptionists very nice, friendly and helpful they speak good english, we arrive around 2 am and she was waiting for us. We book 2 separate nights for transit to the island. There is a cafe in the first floor. Very recommended.

Stayed here for my last night in Thailand before a flight and it was a great stay! The staff is so kind I felt so welcome, the location is amazing! & I really appreciated the hot water in the shower, especially after 5 nights at a “resort & spa” in Krabi that the water wouldn’t even get luke warm. Thank you for a great last night!
