Perfect for vacation!

The private pool villa made special arrangements, such as a butler and afternoon tea. It was a bit excessive service for us but it was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was also very delicious and I also enjoyed Thai cuisine. The living room and the bedroom were separated and it was disappointing only that I had to go out . Moreover, it is hotel which we want to visit many times by all means.

Amazing hotel with diverse facilities.

I stayed in this hotel at the last day in Phuket as it is very close to the airport. The reception amazed me as it is super comfortable. I stayed in a private villa and even got a butler who was so caring and helpful. I got sick that night and he tried his best to accommodate my needs. The room was spacious and tidy. THe breakfast looked amazing with lots of choices but I didn't get to enjoy them coz I was sick. The spa was relaxing despite being a bit pricy.

Envoûter part l'endroit paradisiaque !

Un peu déçu part un changement de villa le premier jour ,il on donner la 2001 et à notre retour de choping il nous font changer à la villa 2004 en disent qu'elle est pareil alors que c'est faux!elle est plus jolie la 2001.

Tolles Hotel, aber kein Schnäppchen

Wir war im November dort zum Start der Hauptsaison. Leider waren einige Bars nicht immer geöffnet. Die Poolvilla war toll und luxuriös. Bei diesem Preis sollten aber noch einige Goodies wie zB die Minibar inklusive sein. Bei vielen Hotel der Luxusklasse haben wir das schon erlebt auf Phuket. Toll ist auch die Lage. Es gibt tolle preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe am Strand. Fazit: superhotel aber Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht 100%

靠近機場，地方很大，私人泳池也很大，本来很有私密感，但被酒店員工破壞。這沙灘沒有看頭，不合游泳

離機場少於十分鐘車程，又有免費酒店車接送，很方便。 但接客的安排不好，很久都沒有車來。又距離centrak festival 和巴東較遠。入住時等待check-in時間太久，早餐還可以，其中果汁最特色。地方很大，房間也很大，私人泳池也比想象中大。入住後有管家24小時候名，辦理一些小事很方便。最不理想的居然是在入住後有工人進入我們的私人空間，拿着利器割植物，又在我們的花園內休息，不可想象！這是酒店管理問題！房間是舒適的，有私人桑拿室，乾蒸、濕蒸都有。

愉快的住宿體驗

我們入住的是雙房的私人泳池別墅，有1500平方公尺，寬敞又有設計感的房間的房間及美麗的庭園造景，都讓我們只想待在別墅而不想出門。飯店可直接通往奈揚海灘，沙灘的沙很細，很安靜，還有很多小螃蟹，很棒的海灘！ 整體而言，飯店及房間設施完整，服務很好，早餐也有ㄧ定水準，雖然價格較高，但下次仍會考慮再入住！
