This is my second time back at the property. Service is impeccable. No complains. Food at Stay Green was fantastic, however the morning glory served during breakfast buffet was too salty. Could do a little taste test before serving.

This was a beautiful and clean property with no bugs anywhere. Beautiful dining areas. Beautiful pools. It's quiet. Our room has a private pool with 2 bedrooms, a dining area, and living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our one- week stay!

Over all is excellent, but only location is not convenient. We like the parking can park near our stay. Room a surprise me, very clean, bright, and comfortable, but isn’t a smart tv and have no speaker. Breakfast and dinner a very good, lots of dishes for choose, and it’s delicious. Will stay again!!

An awesome retreat from chaotic Phuket

Beautiful hotel/lush greenery. Excellent service. Restaurant/cafe food and drinks all very tasty. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a nice second floor unit with balcony facing away from pool that we enjoyed very much. The fitness center is pretty epic, lots of good workouts. Amazing massage. The facilities are however feeling worn, torn cushions on gym equipment, stains on restaurant sofas, shower grout/tile needs cleaning/resealing. Spa areas felt beat up, not well maintained. Very kid friendly, which was not so much for us, but we had a private room/location away from the pool noise.

I loved my stay at STAY well-being in Phuket. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and my favourite in all the hotels I stayed in thailand. there were many options for all taste. The gym was beyond my expectations, it was very clean and there were a lot of machines. The gym was never crowded since it’s build on 3 levels. The Ac in the rooms and the gym was very refreshing. The pool areas are nice with lots of chairs. The hotel is a bit far (30 min) from the city Center and some touristic areas. Renting a scooter is the best way to get around. The Rawai area is perfect to relax, it’s very calm and safe.

Always a good choice

Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware

Great hotel, fabulous gym. Staff were always helpful and very courteous. Bed was very hard and uncomforable. There is absolutely no evening entertainment, not even a games room.
